A Lebanese NGO, CDLL was born in 2006 as a volunteer initiative when a group of concerned friends came together in order to help individuals who were losing their lives to drugs. From 15 volunteers offering shelter and assistance to addicts, we quickly grew into a community committed to helping dependent individuals overcome their addiction and build a brighter future; to empowering our children against the danger of drugs; and to educating our families on how to counter the drug epidemic in order to build a more solid and drug-free society.
